How to read this

Experienced listeners judge a voice on a handful of qualities — how breathy, rough, or effortful it sounds overall. This estimates those same judgements from the sound itself, then answers one practical question: is this worth a professional listen? It was checked against expert ratings of voices it had never heard before.

Limits that matter.It learned from clean recordings — your mic, your room, and your browser's audio processing all shift the numbers. Some qualities (roughness, effort) are ones expert humans disagree about too, so treat those as directional rather than exact. If a take is too quiet or unsteady it returns nothing rather than guessing, and a non-result is not a clean result. It screens; it does not diagnose. Above all: if your voice feels wrong, trust that over any number on this page.
