Why scan lessons at all
Years of teaching leave behind something valuable: thousands of moments where a real expert heard something and said so. This page is the first step in turning that archive into structured material — an acoustic fingerprint per recording, plus the few lines of context only Nina can add. Later steps add transcription and the ability to find every moment she gave a particular kind of feedback. One rule throughout: student consent first, always, and the originals are archived untouched.
